PILATES 101 for beginners or anyone returning to pilates after a break, anyone with back pain, those moving on from early postnatal recovery or anyone who just wants to move safely.
PILATES 102 for anyone who would like to progress their pilates practice or for thos who have completed PILATES 101 and would like to progress further.
PILATES STRONG for those with some pilates experience who want to continue their practice at home and maintain fitness, flexibility and strength. Perfect for those who practice regularly or anyone returning to the mat.
Designed and delivered by experienced Physical Therapist
Courses are designed and delivered by Goretti Dwyer of The Pilates Studio, who has years of experience teaching group and one to one pilates classes. Goretti is a practicing Physical Therapist (CORU REGISTERED) so rest assured you are in safe hands, and modifications are always included.
A 6-week programme direclty to your inbox
Each course is of 6 weeks duration. Class length is approximately 30 - 40 minute and will be delivered directly to your inbox, once a week, so you can continue your practice anywhere, anytime, and as often as you like, from any device (iOS & Android). In addition, you will receive bonus material, workouts, tips and tutorials. Please note this class is only available in European territories.

Some small print
Once you sign up for our Online Series and complete payment of €45, you will receive a confirmation email. The programme commences Monday 14th September 2020, you will receive a new workout every week for 6 weeks. The series will be available to you online and/or for download until 14th November 2020, that's over 2 months of access for just €45, and life long access once you download before 13th September 2020.. ***Please note you can save to cloud storage via your PC/Laptop or download to vimeo app to watch offline, via vimeo app only. While you can view all workouts on your smart phone/tablet, downloading directly to your smart phone/tablet is not available.
